Before you begin testing, make sure the following network configurations are in place:
Normal users:
- Whitelist all outbound traffic to `*.browserstack.com`.
- Enable port 443 - Protocols UDP, TCP, STUN, TURN.
- Disable SSL inspection for `*.browserstack.com`.
- Ensure a minimum network bandwidth of 4 Mbps for optimal performance.
Enterprise users:
- Whitelist BrowserStack domains and outbound IPs in your corporate network or firewall.
- Enable the following ports:
- Port 443 - Protocols UDP, TCP, STUN, TURN.
- Ports 32768–65535 - Protocols UDP, TCP.
- Disable SSL inspection for `*.browserstack.com`.
- Ensure a minimum network bandwidth of 4 Mbps for optimal performance.
